Our experienced, caring team will start by getting to know you both to design a cohesive, beautiful, stress-free wedding day that’s totally you. No matter where you are in the planning process, we’ll fill in all of the gaps and truly take wedding planning off of your plate. It will all come together on wedding day, when we’ll be there to make sure that every piece falls into place so that you and your VIPs won’t have to lift a finger.

You’ve planned your wedding, but need someone to make it all happen. Keyed Up Events can manage your vendor team and take care of all the details, giving your Type-A personality the day off!
*In order to book our Management services, you need to have some vendors and plans in place, such as venue, catering, bar and also a general floral and decor plan. Some venues do not qualify for Management only services. Please note we are not taking 2025 Management bookings yet but would love to talk with you about one of our Planning options.
The service starts at $2,295 and has options based on your needs.

We are excited to offer a wide variety of wedding decor rental items to our Wedding Planning clients at no additional fee (with a few exclusions) and a discounted rate for our Wedding Management clients.
If you are not using Keyed Up Events for your wedding but see something you like, have your professional planner or florist get in touch with us about renting our decor items.

Finding the perfect venue to match your dream wedding vibe (and budget) is one of the most important decisions to make when wedding planning. There are tons of great venues to choose from, which can make this step extremely overwhelming, and the last thing you want is to have venue regret because you spent too much of your budget on it or it turns out you don't like their catering. This is where KUE comes in. We have been working with MN and WI venues since 2013, so we know all the details to help you find the right fit.
This service is $500. If you decide to move forward with planning services after, this fee will be a credit towards those services.

If you need some help and guidance with planning your wedding and want some professional advice with low commitment, schedule a paid consultation with us! We can talk about timelines, logistics, vendor recommendations, or anything that is stressing you out. This 60-minute phone call can get you on the right track.

How much does wedding planning cost?
Keyed Up Events offers three different wedding planning packages to fit a variety of needs and budgets. The Wedding Planning: All-Inclusive package is for busy couples who truly want us to take every element of wedding planning off their plates. This service starts at $8,000. The Wedding Planning: Lite package is for couples who want our
comprehensive help throughout wedding planning, but are willing to take on a few details themselves. This service starts at $4,995. The Wedding Management package is perfect for Type A couples who planned their wedding themselves and want a team of pros to help them bring it home. This service starts at $2,295. If you’d like a custom price quote for your
specific wedding needs, please reach out.

Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Yes, although we call this Wedding Management because it takes more than one day to coordinate a wedding! Our Management services include timeline creation, a few meetings and rehearsal, plus unlimited emails from the time you sign your contract. We will be your proactive partner to make sure everything has been thought of.
What areas do you serve?
Our team of Minnesota wedding planners serves the greater Twin Cities area, including Minneapolis and St. Paul, surrounding suburbs, and Western Wisconsin.
